Shop Collect Service

How it works

Due to limited opening hours and the amount of orders we receive we encourage you to follow the shop collect order process in the chart opposite. 

We send 3 order status update emails to let you know exactly what stage your shop collect order is currently on. 

It is important that you entered your email correctly or you won’t receive any updates on your order.

Also check any junk, spam or promotion folders you have as emails may have gone into there if we are not on your safe sender list.

You can check your details on your account are correct at anytime by logging in here 

To adhere to social distancing this is a new service that we outline below.

We offer free Shop Collect of your order with a minimum spend of £3 and over (excluding VAT)

This service is currently only available during our limited opening hours. ( listed on our home page )

Simply add your items to your basket from our website and select your shipping method as Shop Collect from the dates available in the drop down menu.

Please note card toppers And edible prints are made to order, they are not shelf ready and have a current up to 5 day production. Select your pre order timescale from the product page when purchasing your item. If your order contains these specially designed products then your order must be paid for in full before they can be accepted on an order.

Next select your payment method between payment on collection or Stripe to pay online.

Please fill in your details to make a new account if you haven’t shopped with us online before or login into your account to retrieve your details and complete checkout to successfully place your order.

After you confirm your order you will then receive your 1st email ( an order email summary) 

It normally takes about 5 - 10 minutes of completing checkout, but if the website is very busy it can take a few hours. If you haven’t received it within 3 hours please make sure your order email has not gone into your junk, spam or a promotions folder.

Within a few hours you receive a 2nd email entitled ( Order Processing, NOT Ready Just Yet ) 

This is an automated email to let you know that your order has been received but it is not ready for you yet.

On the day you selected to collect you will receive a 3rd email entitled ( Shop collect order is ready ) 

This email lets you know your order has been picked by our staff and is ready for you it also contains further details of how to collect your order safely.

Please wait until you have received all 3 emails before visiting to collect as due to the volume of orders we receive, we are very busy, picking, packing and updating orders.

Any order for click & collect which has not been paid for online can only be held until your collection date you selected. If this day has passed and no collection has been made, your order will unfortunately have to be cancelled.  Please understand that we are currently running on very low stocks and we need to make these products available for other customers if you have not collected an unpaid order.
