In the unlikely event you have not received your parcel within 7 working days we would first ask you to carry out the following checks:
For Royal Mail Delivery
1) That you have not been carded by Royal Mail to collect from your local sorting office.
2) That it has not been left in or outside your home i.e. a meter cupboard, porch or left with a neighbour.
For ParcelForce Courier Delivery
1) That you have not been carded by ParcelForce with instruction of how to receive your order.
Having carried out the above checks please contact us by telephone or via the contact us page stating your order reference, delivery address and contact details. We shall investigate lost parcels with our couriers and will arrange a *replacement or full refund in the event the goods cannot be found.
Please note we will require a minimum of two working days to investigate lost parcels with our couriers.
*Please note on the cake front cannot be held liable for replacements or issue refunds for lost orders if your customer information i.e. any part of your address given to us by you on your order is incorrect. If your order requires re-delivery due to this then the full postage charge to resend your order will apply.
